  • Simple Habit is a meditation app for busy people.

  • Try this free Jelly Fish meditation for something a little different.

  • Evernote A great app for basically organising everything that’s milling around in your mind. Unlike most of these feathered resources, there is a cost to Evernote but it’s free to try for the first week.

  • Good news Network A brilliant app and website, giving you only good news.

  • Unique Daily Affirmations is a completely free app that gives you a mood boosting new affirmation every day.

  • Free printable planners are available here to help you stay on track to achieve your goals.

  • Better understand the balance in your life and how to improve it with this task list to plan your week.
